Everett Drug and Alcohol Detox

There are centers in everett

There are five detox centers in Everett. Detox is the first step towards sobriety is getting the substance out of your system. It involves abstaining from the substance of abuse. When you stop abusing drugs or alcohol, you’re most likely going to experience withdrawal symptoms.

These symptoms are uncomfortable, and sometimes can put you at risk of health problems. It’s not recommended that you do a detox at home because of the risks and high probability it will end in relapse. Professional detox in Everett gives you the support you need. You may go through medical detox  if it’s believed your health is at risk. Otherwise, there is holistic detox. The process will usually last for about a week.

Drug and Alcohol Rehab in Everett, WA

There are both inpatient and outpatient rehab programs. An addiction inpatient program in Everett is recommended if you’ve never gone through rehab. If you don’t have the money and insurance doesn’t cover you, you may want to opt for an outpatient program. You may need to go with outpatient rehab if you don’t have time to immerse in a 28 inpatient program. There are seven drug and alcohol rehab programs available in Everett, Washington.

Our Northpoint locations are in Washington. We have an inpatient facility in Edmonds. You can take part in both detox and rehab in this facility. We also have two outpatient facilities in Bellevue and Seattle. Ashwood Recovery can be found in Idaho. We have a facility in Boise which also have an inpatient rehab.

To make your decision easier, we have laid out your rehab options in Everett so you know what to expect from each program.

This program is residential, which means you’ll stay at the facility while getting treatment.  An inpatient rehab program will usually last for 28 days. During this time, you’ll be educated about your addiction. You’ll see a counselor daily for one-on-one therapy. You will be given a nutrient rich diet to aid the body in healing. You will also be encouraged to engage in other activities that promote a healthier lifestyle. Finally, you will take part in group therapy. The programs are tailored to each individuals needs.

PHP is more of a transition program that can be taken once rehab is over. It involves staying in sober living and going through treatment every week. It’s more relaxed in the sense you can choose what treatments and meetings you attend. For people that aren’t ready to go home for whatever reason, this is a good option.

Outpatient programs are common in the sense that there are many programs available at any given time. There are a few government and church run programs in Everett. They are for those that have very little moneyq to spend on rehab. There may be a wait list and if you’re new to the recovery process, it might not be intensive enough to keep you motivated.

There are a few Intensive Outpatient Programs in Everett also. These programs are more intensive than an outpatient program. You can still stay at home and manage your responsibilities but you have intensive treatments throughout the week. The treatments are modelled after quality treatment you’d receive at an inpatient rehab.

A lot of people think that treatment is the only way they will ever recover, but that simply is not true. There are more resources available to you once you’ve completed detox and rehab. Support groups like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous is a good addition to your aftercare plan. In fact, millions of people all over the world have benefited from them.

In addition, Al-Anon and Alateen are available to help families who are struggling because of a loved one’s addiction. This is not something that anyone should go through alone, and recovering is much easier when support is sought.

That is why we have come up with this addiction recovery resource guide for the Everett area. We are not affiliated with these organizations, but have provided them for informational purposes only.

Our Alcoholism & Drug Addiction Center

Even though AA and NA meetings can be very effective, they are not a stand alone solution for most addicts. Some people need to opt for professional treatment in order to recover. At Ashwood Recovery, we have one of the best rehabilitation programs in the region. We can even offer a referral for detoxification services for anyone who needs it.

How Much Does Rehab in Everett Cost?

How much rehab costs depends on a few things. There are different programs with various levels of quality and service. Professional detox where you’re in a facility can cost up to $5,000. Inpatient rehab can cost about $20,000 for a 2 day stay. Outpatient programs cost very little and might be based on a sliding scale of how much you make. Intensive Outpatient Programs cost less than inpatient rehab.

The cost of rehab shouldn’t be what prevents you from getting the best care possible. If you have insurance, there’s a good chance that addiction rehab in Everett will be partially or fully covered. You’ll want to shop around to see what programs will cover your specific kind of insurance.

At Ashwood Recovery at Northpoint, we have a network of insurance companies we work with. They include:

  • Blue Cross of Idaho
  • Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare
  • United Healthcare
  • Humana
  • Aetna
  • Multiplan
  • Optum
  • AmeriHealth
  • Cigna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Tufts Health Plan
  • Oxford Health Plans

If you don’t see your insurance carrier in this list, you can verify your insurance with us.

Recovering from an addiction can be done with the right support. So many people believe it is impossible, but this could not be further from the truth.

Whether you need treatment, AA, NA, or another addiction recovery resources in the Everett area, we can help you.
