Drug and alcohol rehab – as well as many other addiction recovery resources – are readily available to people in the Lacey, Washington area. Quite often, people do not know where to find support when they are ready to stop using. Many will try to quit on their own, but most will end up relapsing and just continuing to abuse drugs or alcohol. We want to make more people aware of the options that are available to them.

Support groups like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous offer a lot of support for recovery. Millions of people worldwide have benefited from these programs. In addition, both Al-Anon and Alateen are there to help hurting families.

Please note that we are not affiliated with any of these organizations. But we thought that presenting this information was important. People need to know what all of their options are, and that will help them decide to get assistance to quit using.

Is Drug and Alcohol Rehab the Best Option for Recovery in the Lacey Area?

Most people begin using drugs or alcohol because they are masking the symptoms of a co-occurring disorder. It becomes a way to self-medicate, and addressing those issues is not always easy or effective with peer support alone. 12-Step programs do have their benefits, but for many, addiction treatment is the best place to begin.

A quality alcohol and drug rehab offers people the support they need to be successful in recovery. Not only will they receive help for their addictions, but any underlying issues can be treated as well. This sets them up for a positive long-term outcome.

According to the SAMHSA treatment locator, there are three addiction treatment programs in the City of Lacey. But there are also additional options outside the city.

There are more than 170 different rehab options within a 50-mile radius of Lacey. That gives people living in this area many choices, but please note that they may not all be beneficial. It is best to choose a smaller program with a higher staff to patient ratio.

This is a difficult question to answer because everyone’s needs are so different. An inpatient program might be exactly what one person needs. On the other hand, another individual may thrive by attending outpatient rehab.

Inpatient programs are best for those who need a higher level of care. They may have a higher risk of relapsing, which gives them a higher risk of overdosing. Some need to get away from home to get help because their environment is not healthy enough to help them stay clean and sober.

Outpatient programs are best for those who:

  • Have been through an inpatient program in the past.
  • Have not been using substances for very long.
  • Need a flexible schedule for treatment that will allow them to go to work or school.
  • Have very supportive friends and family.
  • Are motivated to recover, and determined to be successful in an outpatient setting.

The Outpatient Addiction Treatment Program at Ashwood Recovery

At Ashwood Recovery, we offer one of the best outpatient drug and alcohol rehab programs in the region. Our goal is to meet the needs of every client who needs our services. That is why we have designed our program to include different levels of care.

We offer partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs and traditional outpatient rehab. Also, every client receives their own designated treatment plan to ensure that their care is as personalized as possible.

Outpatient Rehab Options in Washington State

For those who live in WA State, additional options are also available for rehab and recovery. Our facility, Northpoint Seattle, has one location in Seattle with very attentive staff members, and their services are similar to ours.

Inpatient Addiction Treatment in Washington

For those who need inpatient drug and alcohol rehab, our facility, Northpoint Washington, is an excellent choice. They provide detoxification services as well as therapy and counseling. They have a 28-day program that is designed to meet the needs of their patients and prepare them for living without the use of substances.

Our Addiction Rehab Facility

Ashwood Recovery is located just under eight hours away from Lacey by car. We offer an excellent intensive outpatient program for those who need drug and alcohol rehab. Detoxification services can be arranged as well.

Outpatient rehabilitation is a more flexible rehab option designed to accommodate work and family life, patients live at home but go to a facility for treatment a few hours every week, involves regular scheduled meetings with different professionals like therapist, doctors and psychologists
