No matter what your needs are, there is a rehab option in Lynnwood that suits your needs. Inpatient rehab is good for those who want to immerse in a program. It entails you going into a residential program where you stay for a period of 28 days. Everyday you’ll receive different treatments.
For those who don’t have the time to go through a program like this, there is the Intensive Outpatient Program. You get similar quality treatments to an inpatient program but you can stay at home.
There are a few different types of rehab programs available to suit everyone’s needs. If you have the money or the right insurance, an inpatient program is the best option. With that being said, if you don’t have the time to step away from your life for 28 days, there is an Intensive Outpatient Program. Many of these programs will include detox at the beginning. Then you move onto the psychological reasons you became addicted. You will go through one on one therapy as well as group therapy sessions.
You are given nutrient rich food to bring the body back to balance. There is also the opportunity to exercise and take part in healthy activities. This full spectrum addiction treatment is recommended if you’ve never taken part in a recovery program before.
PHP is helpful for those with more serious disorders that need more treatment after rehab. It is also beneficial if you don’t have a supportive home environment and are in jeopardy of relapse by going home right away. You stay in a sober living setting and go through treatments throughout the week at your leisure. There are a variety of different options here. You can go with a luxury residence or something a little more modest.
Outpatient programs in Lynnwood vary in cost and quality. There are government run programs or private programs. If it’s a program for low-income, you may not be eligible and if you are, there may be a waiting period. The other consideration is how susceptible you are to relapse. These programs offer a lot of freedom and because you’re staying in your home environment, there may be a lot of triggers that make recovery challenging.
